Survey to Meet the Needs of Aging Population
Los Angeles County (home of The Caregiver’s Voice) is conducting a survey to address the needs our diverse aging population. It includes questions about caregiving for people with dementia/Alzheimer’s.
DEADLINE October 1, 2017
The survey is offered in 10 languages to meet the needs of Los Angeles’s diverse population.
Please complete the survey and then invite your friends and families to do the same.
Let’s help paint a more comprehensive picture of our needs in the cities and in our unincorporated areas where fewer services are readily available.
From the PALA website:
Purposeful Aging Los Angeles
AN AGE-FRIENDLY INITIATIVE
Purposeful Aging Los Angeles (PALA) seeks to prepare the Los Angeles region for a rapidly aging population through an innovative, sustained initiative that unites public and private leadership and strategies. PALA will improve the lives of older adults and Angelenos of all ages.
You can join us and help change the future of aging in the Los Angeles region by taking the PALA survey! Your input will be used to develop an Age-Friendly Plan for our region. The confidential PALA Survey takes about 20 minutes to complete and can be filled out by anyone 18 years of age or older who resides in the County or City of Los Angeles. Please take the survey below in your preferred language.
I completed the English version of the one-page survey – 34 questions plus the 14 demographics questions.
All questions require a response for the completed survey to be submitted. Do the best you can to give the county an idea, so they may better address our needs.
