Audio-Visual (AV) & Travel Specifications

To ensure a quality program, please review these AV and travel requirements prior to booking a speaker from The Caregiver’s Voice.

AV Specs

1. Laptop, Screen, and Projector  (Speaker will bring a USB thumbdrive.)
2. Wireless lapel or head mic for over 50 attendees and sufficient sound amplification
3. Additional AV requirements – such as a DVD player, streaming Internet access to be on a case-by-case basis.

Lectern and Side table

Travel Specifications

1. Non-smoking hotel room
2. Direct non-stop from BUR (Bob Hope Airport in Burbank) or LAX (Los Angeles International Airport).
3. International travel at Business class
